2. Research Use Only — Critical Notice

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY RESOLVE PEPTIDES ARE STRICTLY FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH AND SCIENTIFIC STUDY PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, VETERINARY USE, OR ANY OTHER PURPOSES.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify age and to cancel and issue a store credit for any order we reasonably believe was placed by a minor. Use of our products by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

4. Accounts & Registration

To place an order, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without notice. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes; actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that we suspect are placed for non-research purposes, orders with inaccurate information, or orders that violate these Terms or applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment, a store credit will be issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the correction.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

7. Membership Programs

VIP Membership: VIP Membership is an annual subscription billed at $99 per year via Stripe. The membership provides an exclusive member discount on all product orders. Membership auto-renews annually unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; your discount remains active through the end of the current billing year. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Professional Membership: Professional Membership is available free of charge to licensed healthcare and research professionals who successfully verify their active NPI number through the NPPES registry. The same member discount applies. We reserve the right to revoke Professional Membership if we discover that the information provided during verification was inaccurate or fraudulent.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

9. Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. No monetary refunds will be issued once an order is placed and confirmed. In the limited event of a verified shipping error or documented product defect (failed Certificate of Analysis), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or replacement product. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software, is the property of Resolve Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use our products for human or animal consumption; misrepresent your professional credentials to obtain membership discounts; resell our products for human use; use our Site to conduct fraudulent transactions; attempt to reverse engineer or access non-public areas of our Site; interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or servers; or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
