Policy Overview
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and compounds, Resolve Peptides does not accept returns under any circumstances. All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exception: Store Credit or Replacement Only
In the limited event of a verified shipping error (wrong item sent) or a documented product defect (failed Certificate of Analysis), Resolve Peptides may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit or replacement product. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To request consideration under this exception, please contact our support team or email support@resolvepeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and documentation of the issue (photos, COA test results, carrier confirmation, etc.). Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting documentation will not be considered.
VIP Membership Fees
VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Memberships cancelled mid-year will retain discount access through the end of the paid billing year but no refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If we cancel an order on our end for any reason (e.g., inability to verify the purchaser, suspected policy violation), a full store credit will be issued.
