Products & Purity

All products in our catalog must meet a minimum 98% purity standard as verified by independent third-party HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis. Many compounds exceed 99% purity. The specific purity percentage for each batch is published in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) available on each product page.
COA documents are available in two places: (1) directly on each product page under the "Research Info" tab, and (2) in our COA Library where you can browse all certificates organized by product. COAs are from independent, certified third-party laboratories and are updated with each new batch.
No. All products sold by Resolve Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and scientific study purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use and are not dietary supplements, medications, or drugs. They must not be used in humans or animals. By purchasing, customers confirm they are acquiring these compounds solely for legitimate research purposes.
General storage recommendations: lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C (−4°F) in a dry environment away from light. Once reconstituted, solutions should typically be stored at 2–8°C and used within a short time frame. Specific storage guidance is provided in each product's Research Info tab. Always handle with appropriate laboratory precautions.
We carry a selection of research supplies including bacteriostatic water. Check our Research Supplies category for current availability. If you don't see what you need, contact us and we'll do our best to help source it.

Ordering & Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through our secure payment system. VIP membership subscriptions are billed separately via Stripe. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency, checks, or money orders.
While you can browse without an account, creating a free account is required to complete a purchase. An account lets you track orders, access your order history, apply for membership discounts, and save your shipping address for faster checkout.
Orders can be cancelled from your account dashboard while in "Pending" or "Processing" status. Once an order is marked as Shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To modify a pending order, contact us immediately at support@resolvepeptides.com — we'll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment.
Coupon codes can be applied in your cart before checkout. Member pricing (VIP or Professional) and coupon codes do not stack — the more favorable discount is applied automatically. Coupons may have minimum order requirements, expiration dates, or usage limits, which are noted when the coupon is applied.
There is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase a single item. However, orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping, so many customers prefer to combine orders to take advantage of that threshold.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and shipped same-day or next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders between $75–$149.99 ship for a flat $5.99. Orders under $75 ship for $9.99. Shipping rates apply to standard domestic (US) orders. See our full Shipping Policy for expedited and international options.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time due to customs and import regulations governing research compounds. We're working to expand — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials within padded, discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials (ice packs, insulated liners) as needed. All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Membership

Both tiers offer the same 25% discount on all orders. The key differences: VIP Membership is available to anyone at $99/year, activates instantly, and is billed via annual subscription. Professional Membership is free but requires verification of a valid NPI (National Provider Identifier) from the NPPES registry — it's for licensed healthcare providers and researchers only.
Visit our Professional Portal, create a free account, and submit your 10-digit NPI number. Our system automatically checks the federal NPPES database. If your NPI is active, your discount is applied within minutes. If manual review is needed, our team responds within 1 business day.
Sign in, go to My Account → Membership, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your 25% discount remains active through the end of your current billing year. No prorated refunds are issued. If you have difficulty cancelling, contact support.

Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals and compounds, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order is placed and confirmed. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances. See our Sales & Refund Policy for complete details.
If your order arrives damaged, has incorrect items, or if anything is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the issue. In the event of a verified shipping error or documented product defect (failed COA), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or replacement product. No monetary refunds will be issued. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting documentation.

Account & Security

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If problems persist, contact support.
We never store your full credit card number on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. For VIP membership, card details are stored securely by Stripe — a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We only retain a transaction ID for order records.
