Shipping Rates at a Glance
Rates apply to contiguous United States only. Free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend to 1β2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination, package size, and service selected. The carrier is selected automatically at fulfillment to ensure optimal delivery time and cost. If you have a carrier preference, please note it in the order notes field at checkout and we will accommodate where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view tracking information at any time from your Order History page in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for tracking activity to appear on the carrier's system.
Packaging
All research compounds are shipped in appropriately sealed vials or containers within secure, padded packaging. Products are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product-specific branding visible on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold-chain materials as required.
Each order includes a packing slip with your order number and item list. Certificate of Analysis documents are available digitally on each product page and in your account order history β they are not included as printed paper documents unless specifically requested.
Domestic Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam). Please note that delivery times to non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska) and territories may be longer than standard estimates. Additional shipping charges may apply to these destinations.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for orders containing temperature-sensitive compounds. Standard non-sensitive orders may be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS.
International Shipping
Resolve Peptides currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time due to complex customs regulations, import restrictions, and varying legality of research compounds across jurisdictions. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities and will announce international shipping availability via our newsletter.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, please allow one additional business day as packages are occasionally marked delivered prematurely. If the package is still not received after that time, contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number, then contact us if the issue is not resolved.
Lost packages that cannot be located by the carrier will be reshipped or issued a store credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Resolve Peptides is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us immediately β we will make every effort to correct it before shipment.
Orders returned to us due to undeliverable addresses will be contacted for correction and reshipped at the customer's expense.
